Coach Conor is a strength and conditioning professional with experience training:

He has designed and implemented training programs that emphasize safe progression, proper technique, and performance development for youth athletes.
Conor is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength & Conditioning. His academic background in exercise science, biomechanics, and program design allows him to apply evidence-based principles to real-world training environments.
His passion lies in athlete development, continuous learning, and bridging the gap between research and practical performance training.

Coach Alfonso
Coach Alfonso Peña is a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer with over 18 years of experience helping clients of all ages build stronger, healthier bodies. He holds Waxman’s Gym Coaching Certification and Juggernaut Training Systems Coaching Certification, and is currently working toward entering a Physical Therapy Assistant program — expanding his expertise to better connect strength training with rehabilitation.
Alfonso has completed a Strength & Conditioning internship at Laney College, where he programmed and coached Olympic lifting and strength development for football, baseball, volleyball, and tennis athletes. He works with both general population clients and athletes, specializing in strength development, movement quality, post-injury training, fat loss, and long-term performance.
